One of the Retail & wholesale trading organization in all kind of Metal Utensils and home Appliances in Vizag from the past 80 years plus.

A billing clerk plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate billing processes within an organization.

Here are some common Responsibilities:

- Invoice Preparation and Processing:

- Generating and sending invoices to clients or customers.
- Ensuring accuracy in billing details, such as quantities, prices, and terms.
- Reviewing and verifying invoices for discrepancies or errors.
- Payment Handling:

- Reconciling payment discrepancies and addressing any issues.
- Issuing credit memos or refunds as needed.
- **Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconciling accounts receivable and ensuring that all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Reviewing and matching payments to corresponding invoices.
- Record Keeping:

- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all billing transactions.
- Filing and managing billing documents and related paperwork.
- Customer Service:

- Addressing billing inquiries and resolving disputes or issues with customers.
- Communicating with clients regarding payment terms, overdue accounts, and billing adjustments.
- **Reporting**:

- Preparing and generating billing reports for management review.
- Monitoring accounts for overdue payments and generating reminders or follow-up notices.
- **Data Entry**:

- Entering billing information into accounting software or databases.
- Updating and maintaining customer account details.
- Compliance:

- Ensuring that billing practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Staying updated on industry standards and best practices for billing.
- **Collaboration**:

- Working closely with other departments, such as sales and accounting, to ensure accurate billing and address any issues.
- These responsibilities require strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion are also important.

Education Qualification minimum should be a Graduate
