**Responsibilities**:
Insurance claims: Submit claims to insurance companies and track payment status
Invoicing: Create invoices for remaining balances
Payment management: Collect payments from patients and manage patient information
Claim investigation: Follow up on unpaid claims and appeal denied claims
Patient inquiries: Handle patient questions about bills and set up payment plans
Electronic health records: Maintain electronic health records and billing software
Billing metrics: Track, review, and report on billing metrics
HIPAA compliance: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality

Skills and qualifications

Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and coding practices
Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and calculators
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
