We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Salesforce Operations Specialist. In this role, you will primarily focus on processing contracts within Salesforce and assisting with cancellations and invoices for our UK/USA based clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assisting in the processing of cancellations and invoices within live Salesforce environments.
- Reviewing contracts stored in Salesforce and PDF files.
- Handling the processing of contracts directly within Salesforce.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to work autonomously.
- Collaborative mindset, capable of working with various teams to ensure timely collections and meet targets.
- Minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:
