Job Description**:Compliance Operations Associate**

**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a Compliance Operations Associate with strong organizational and communication skills. Should be proficient in Excel, Word and Google suite. This remote role requires fluency in English, both written and spoken.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Build and maintain good relationships with Company vendors by helping them get started and ensuring they follow company guidelines.
2. Searching for bids (RFP/RFQ) and collecting information for proposals
3.Support training events in the USA by ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and resolving any scheduling or logistics issues with instructors and clients.
4. Use Google Sheets and other tools to collect, organize, and analyze data.
5. Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, vendors, and clients.

**Qualifications**:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree
1-2 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, bid operations, or a related area.

**Skills**:
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).

**Attributes**:
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new tools and processes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
