- Guest Greeting & Management:Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, provide accurate wait time estimates, and manage reservations and walk-in guests.
- Seating & Coordination:Escort guests to their assigned tables, optimize seating arrangements to balance server workload, and communicate with servers about table availability.
- Customer Service:Answer phone calls and guest inquiries, provide information about the menu and restaurant offerings, and handle guest complaints or requests professionally.
- Front-of-House Maintenance:Keep the reception area and dining room clean, organized, and tidy.
- Staff Support:Assist waitstaff with various tasks during busy times, such as delivering menus, taking drink orders, or providing crayons and coloring books for children.
