Job Title: Restaurant Hostess/Host

Job Summary:
The restaurant host/hostess is responsible for creating a positive first impression on guests as they enter the establishment. This role involves greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the waitstaff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Greeting Guests

2.Reservation Management

3.Keep track of reservations and manage the seating chart

4.Assist guests with making reservations, both in-person and over the phone

5.Maintain an organised and efficient reservation system

**Requirements**:
1.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

2.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

3.Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

4.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

5.Knowledge of the restaurant layout, menu items, and daily specials.

6.Previous experience in a similar role is often preferred.

7.Working Conditions:
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Marketing or hospitality management is preferred

Note:
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
