**Role Objectives**
The incumbent has a responsibility of Customer Support who will offer excellent service to the customers of Tata Consumer Soulfull Private Limited. He/she should be a customer-oriented individual and has to ensure that a standardized level of service is maintained for all the customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve various customer complaints and queries in a timely manner
- Maintain a record of each phone call and other communicating media for future reference
- Negotiate various conditions with the consumers in a professional and customer friendly manner
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers for a long tern benefit of the company
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Must be well versed with various channels of communications like Calls, SMS,
- Should possess the ability to grasp product knowledge once trained and
answer customer queries
- Resolve product or service-related complaints & communicate, expedite among
the internal team
- Ability to stay calm and handle an upset customer
- Must be able to drive sales for d2c platform and achieve targets
- Daily reporting in the standard format of the organization
- 2+ years of work experience in customer support role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (Both Verbal and Written) skills
- Should have a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills with professional appearance
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream is the minimum qualification for this profile
- Should have a clear understanding of the various products offered by Soulfull
- Basic understanding of various Customer Relationship Management software
- Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
- Should have an excellent phone etiquette and an active listening ability with patience
- Prior experience in social media reputation management would be an added
