**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct spoken English classes for students of varying proficiency levels.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials focused on improving speaking, listening, and conversational skills.
- Facilitate group discussions, debates, and role-playing activities to build confidence in students’ spoken English.
- Provide individual feedback and personalized learning strategies to help students improve pronunciation, vocabulary, and fluency.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, preparing progress reports as required.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of students from different cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare students for English-speaking exams, interviews, or presentations as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Previous teaching experience, preferably in spoken English.
- TEFL/TESOL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience and adaptability in working with students at different proficiency levels.

**Skills**:

- Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage students effectively.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Competence in using multimedia teaching aids and digital tools.
- Enthusiastic, patient, and empathetic towards students’ learning needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,071.63 - ₹28,000.00 per month
