**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Spoken English Trainer to enhance students' communication skills in English across all grade levels (KG - 12). The trainer will focus on improving students' fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and confidence in spoken English through interactive sessions, role plays, and practical learning activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive spoken English sessions for students from KG to Grade 12.
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans focusing on speaking, listening, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
- Organize activities like storytelling, debates, role plays, group discussions, and public speaking to enhance spoken English.
- Provide individual and group coaching to students to improve their fluency and confidence.
- Assess students' spoken English skills and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Integrate fun and innovative teaching techniques such as audio-visual aids, language games, and real-life scenarios.
- Conduct periodic assessments and track students' progress.
- Guide and mentor students in overcoming language barriers and hesitations.
- Train teachers and staff on spoken English enhancement techniques if required.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in TESOL/TEFL/CELTA will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in training students in spoken English, preferably in a school environment.
- Strong command of English with excellent pronunciation, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students of different age groups with creative teaching methodologies.
- Passion for teaching and motivating students to develop spoken English skills.
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and teaching strategies will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
