We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainers to join our team. As a Spoken English Trainer, you will play a key role in helping individuals develop their English speaking skills, boost their confidence, and achieve language proficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct Engaging Sessions**:

- Plan and deliver interactive spoken English classes to individuals or groups.
- Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
- **Customize Curriculum**:

- Tailor lessons to meet the unique needs and proficiency levels of learners.
- Utilize a variety of teaching materials and resources.
- **Provide Constructive Feedback**:

- Evaluate students' language skills and provide feedback for improvement.
- Identify areas of strength and weakness and create personalized learning plans.
- **Encourage Participation**:

- Foster a communicative approach, encouraging students to actively participate in discussions.
- Organize activities that promote language fluency and confidence.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast of language teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative techniques.
- Integrate technology to enhance the learning experience.
- **Assess Progress**:

- Administer regular assessments to gauge students' progress.
- Monitor and track individual performance.
- **Motivate and Inspire**:

- Inspire students to overcome language barriers and develop a passion for learning.
- Provide motivational support to keep learners engaged.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or similar role.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patient and understanding approach to teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
- Relevant certification in English language teaching is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹150.00 - ₹200.00 per hour
