We are hiring Brand Advisors for Telecom Company.

Core Responsibilities
- ▪ Manage & motivate Brand Advisor's productivity.

▪ Provide support to BAs for their day-to-day work.

▪ Build lasting relationships with BAs through various efforts

▪ Check employees’ knowledge via conducting the test, mock calls, role plays, etc.

▪ Plan, Organize, and execute training programs for employees.

▪ Drive standardization and consistency of training practices.

▪ Developing and delivering solutions that meet business needs.

▪ Assess the effectiveness of initiatives taken for BA productivity.

▪ A proven track record of team management along with productivity program development and delivery.

Skills Required

▪ Good Presentation skills.

▪ Excellent in English Communication.

▪ Young and Energetic.

▪ Presentable, Confident, and Smart

▪ Ready to travel across MP.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Brand Advisor: 2 years (preferred)
