**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce solar energy solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Answer customer queries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Meet individual and team sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in tele calling or sales (preferably in solar or related industries).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented and team player.
- Basic computer skills (CRM software, MS Office).
