Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on leads, and qualify prospects.
- **Sales Presentation**: Present products or services over the phone, addressing customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Lead Generation**: Actively search for new leads through online research, networking, and other sources, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with product offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate information and address customer concerns effectively.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**: Record customer information, interactions, and sales activities accurately in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues when necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align efforts and maximize sales performance.
**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Previous telesales or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- **Sales Ability**: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain a positive attitude during all interactions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic telecommunication tools.
- **Self-Motivated**: Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving goals and solving problems.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
