Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Services**: Ensure an outstanding dining experience for guests by providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs promptly.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and motivate the front-of-house staff, including servers, to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
- **Order Accuracy**: Oversee the order-taking process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and find effective solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Table Management**: Coordinate reservations, seating arrangements, and manage overall flow in the dining area.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure the presentation and quality of food and beverages meet the established standards.
- **Training**: Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer interactions.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in managing inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock of necessary items for daily operations.

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and standards.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Certification in food handling and safety is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,414.92 per month
