**Position**: - Project Supervisor

**Job Type**: - Full Time

**Experience**: 1 to 3 Years

**Qualification**: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering

**Salary**: - Rs.15000 To Rs.30000 Per Month

**Location**: - Khopoli

**Role Overview**

We are looking for a Project Supervisor with a civil engineering background to oversee and manage infrastructure, plant construction, and maintenance projects at our Khopoli facility. This role will involve working closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to civil and infrastructure projects within the plant.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per design, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, work schedules, and resource planning.
- Track progress, maintain site reports, and escalate delays or bottlenecks.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Support the maintenance team in periodic civil repair and upkeep work.
- Participate in site inspections and handovers.

**Key Skills Required**
- Strong understanding of construction and civil engineering principles
- Proficiency in site management and coordination
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus
- Good communication and team management skills
- Ability to manage timelines and deliverables effectively
- Strong documentation and reporting ability

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1 to 3 years of site supervision/project coordination experience (preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects)
- Ready to work full-time from Khopoli location
