**Duties and Responsibilities of Garments Quality Team**

1. Quality control through inspection process throughout the factory manufacturing process

2. Able to correspondence with buyer any technical, approval, information or approval issue or any other required issue.

3. Always aiming for the latest technology for the highest quality, Effective follow-up, coordination, and liaison with the buyer-sample department-merchandiser-factories.

4. Follow buyer’s requirements very sincerely and follow their comments to make a good garment. Always try to make the buyer happy by following their rules & regulation.

5. Easy for understanding sample status we make a workbook for buyers.

6. All types of samples are good monitoring & requirement wise send to buyer for approval.

7. Work on Product development according to the buyer’s instruction.

8. Work with production teams to develop process flows and helped troubleshoot problems

9. Make sure to send sample according to buyer requirement & personally check the sample fitting with related mannequin before dispatch to buying office/customer.

10. Implement various types of inspection to ensure quality standards and all technical specification is followed.

11. Able to Check block patterns about customers provide the correction.

12. Able to support technical team & quality team re grading technical issues.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hugli, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
