One of the renowned Foundry Industry Govind Steel Pvt Ltd is hiring Job Title Shift Incharge 12-hour shift Location Rishra Job Type Full-time Experience Minimum 8 years in Casting Foundry Company Overview Govind Steel Pvt Ltd is a leading name in the foundry industry with a long legacy of delivering excellence in castings and metallurgy We focus on innovation safety and continual improvement fostering a highly professional work culture Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Shift Incharge with deep expertise in melting casting and metallurgical processes The ideal candidate will have hands-on foundry experience particularly in ductile iron cast iron or steel environments and display strong leadership and analytical abilities Key Responsibilities Oversee and control all melting operations ensuring adherence to correct parameters and quality standards Supervise moulding and pouring to guarantee the right metal temperature and timely production Inspect raw materials prepare charge mix and maintain strict compliance with safety and quality protocols Conduct and support metallurgical testing collaborate with the quality control QC team to drive product excellence Maintain accurate production and melting logs track rejections and support root cause analysis for continual improvement Manage and motivate shopfloor workers to enhance productivity while upholding safety and housekeeping norms Liaise with maintenance teams to ensure fault-free operational equipment and minimize downtime Lead or participate in Kaizen cost control and other process optimization initiatives Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications Diploma or ITI in Metallurgy Mechanical or Foundry Technology Experience Minimum 8 years experience in DI CI Steel foundry operations mandatory Technical Knowledge Solid understanding of melting foundry practices sand systems and casting defects Skills Proven leadership problem-solving strong organizational and communication skills Other Familiar with safety protocols quality standards and continuous improvement practices in a foundry setup How to Apply Interested candidates may send their CVs to talenthub duaspotli com or contact Neha at 8240505565 Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s What experience do you have in melting operations How would you handle a situation where the induction furnace is not functioning properly How many years of experience in metallurgical testing How many years of experience in SGI DI CI or Foundries Work Location In person
