Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain Salesforce CRM across departments, including user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, and page layouts.
Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, and validation rules to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations.
Provide support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams using Salesforce.
Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleansing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CRM solutions.
Assist in Salesforce integrations with third-party platforms and tools.
Conduct end-user training and create documentation for processes and best practices.
Stay updated on new Salesforce features and recommend process improvements.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM in a similar role.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
Experience with Salesforce administration (user management, security, reports, dashboards).
Knowledge of automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Workflow Rules.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Nice to Have:
Experience in Salesforce Lightning.
Exposure to Salesforce AppExchange apps or integrations (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or Salesforce APIs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
