We now need a Workplace Skills Trainer to deliver this unique learning experience with us.

Your role:
You will deliver and manage our immersive workplace simulation and role play-based curriculum. Unlike conventional training models, you will role play as a key character in the simulations, such as the founder of a startup or CEO of a large MNC while the learners will be your ‘colleagues’. You will facilitate a learning experience where the smart fellow master soft skills by ‘doing’ rather than play a passive role.

**Job Location: Greater Noida**

**Job Type: Freelance/Contract (You will be facilitating our curriculum offline in the months of March & April)**

**Compensation: Upto INR 1000 per hour**

The top 5 things you will be responsible for:
1. Leading immersive simulation-based training sessions based on our proprietary curriculum, virtually as well as in person.

2. Proactively helping our learners with resources and support to solve their queries and encouraging active participation.

3. Working with the programming team and the curriculum team to constantly collect feedback from all the different stakeholders and ensure the feedback is reflected in the subsequent upgraded learning experience.

4. Keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the training process and content continuously. Recognizing specific areas necessitating additional intervention based on the unique requirements of each cohort.

5. Working with external trainers in different cities and industry experts to ensure that they are aligned with our curriculum and our training standards

**Who are we looking for? Background & experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training OR Working with young-adults in leadership/ mentoring capacity
- Someone with prior experience working at a start-up and/or in roles where they were managing a team will be preferred.
- Obsessed with creating impact with every training session
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with learners, facilitate a supportive learning environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Deep thinker who recognises the gap in the current education system and resonates with the need to bring meaningful learning to people's lives

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
