**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Communication**:
- Receive inbound calls from existing and potential customers regarding queries on food processing machinery.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on sales leads, and introduce products and services to prospective customers.
- Maintain a polite, patient, and friendly tone while speaking with customers.
- **Sales Lead Conversion**:
- Identify potential leads from customer interactions and convert them into actual sales.
- Address customer needs and provide solutions that align with company offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Track and update lead information in the CRM system.
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and price quotes to customers.
- Assist customers in the decision-making process by answering product-related questions and addressing concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and keep them informed throughout the sales process.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Proactively search for and identify new sales opportunities in the market.
- Build a database of potential customers through various channels including cold calling, social media outreach, and industry events.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales status.
- Prepare daily or weekly reports on lead conversion and sales activities.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong communication skills with a soft-spoken, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- A background or interest in food processing machinery or related industries is a plus.
- Previous experience in a tele-sales or customer service role is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.
**Working Hours**:
9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Saturday
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
