**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design responsive and user-friendly website layouts and UI components
- Collaborate with developers to integrate designs into functional websites
- Convert mockups and wireframes into pixel-perfect front-end code
- Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
- Maintain and enhance existing websites
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and front-end technologies
- Contribute ideas in team meetings and actively participate in project planning

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap**, and **JavaScript**:

- Strong understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
- Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Photoshop is a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking individual
