**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate business through online portals (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.).
- Write compelling proposals to convert leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent bidding and follow-ups.
- Communicate with international clients and understand project requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in online bidding (Website & Digital Marketing domain).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 per month (based on experience)
- **Incentives**: Attractive commission structure on successful sales

Contract length: 12 months
