**Job Title**: Sales & Telemarketing Associate - Sova Computer

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part Time(In-Office)
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Working Hours**: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**About the Role**

We are looking for a confident and motivated Sales & Telemarketing Associate to join our IT & Digital Agency. Your main job is to call potential customers, explain our services, and convert them into qualified leads or paying clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to new prospects and introduce our services.
- Provide clear information about Website Design, Web Development, Mobile App Development, and Digital Marketing services.
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable services.
- Maintain call records and follow up with interested leads.
- Convert leads into confirmed clients.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Prior telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, or digital marketing services is a plus.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Confident, polite, and comfortable making outbound calls.
