Day to Day Production activities to ensure Quality, Quantity and times for assigned tasks

Batch charging and related operations

Critical unit operations and necessary action in shift operations co-ordination between shift and ensure that entire relevant documents are filled as per Standard operating procedures

Handling various unit operations like buffer preparation, tangential flow filtration, chromatography, vial washing, filling and sealing machine operations, lyopholiser operation, secondary packing operations

Recording the Process data and reporting to shift executive

Area cleaning for operations and maintaining the area

Preparation of daily report

Clean room operations

Reporting to Shift Executive and provide technical suggestions about process and plant activity

Effective co-ordination with QC, Engineering departments

**Outcomes & KPIs**:
Strictly adherence to cleanroom working and process SOP

Filling of all process and filling and packing BMR#s on line

Reporting any deviations happened during operations to shift-In-charge

Follow all safety related SOP#s during operations

**Education Requirement**:
Post Graduate (Biochemistry, Microbiology, Applied Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology)

**Experience Requirement**:
Freshers / Relevant experience of 1- 2 years
