A CMM quality check operator is responsible for using a CMM to measure and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications:
Measuring: Use a CMM to measure the dimensions of products, such as injection molded parts, to ensure they meet customer specifications

Inspecting: Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products pass certification tests and meet quality standards

Programming: Create and edit dimensional inspection programs for the CMM

Maintaining: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of the CMM

Documenting: Document measurement results and prepare inspection reports

Troubleshooting: Investigate and report any discrepancies or defects in parts

Collaborating: Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues

Training: Provide training and support to other team members on CMM operations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
