- Develop measurement programs that guide the CMM machinery with Software Calipso to accurately measure components based on design specifications.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of measurements.
- Check that measurements taken by CMM machines are accurate and in line with design specifications.
- Review machine’s existing programming periodically.
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and measurement programs.
- Regular communication with other departments, including design and production, to increase output and efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of their work and the results of their measurements.
- Inspect and measurement of components, ensure the quality and accuracy of products.
- Ensure the accuracy of component measurements and calibrations during the design process.

**Desired Educational Qualification-**

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

**Experience - **5 - 6 years

**Technical Skills / Knowledge Required**

Analytical understanding-important for interpreting complex engineering drawings and CAD data.

Familiarity with GD & T principles.

Knowledge of CMM programmer software - Calipso.

Understanding of CMM operation and programming.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹399,454.76 - ₹720,733.61 per year
