**Responsibilities**

**Job Description**:

- Attending to Corporate/Company Secretarial including for debt listed securities. namely, Handled all Corporate Law and Secretarial related matter including Holding Meetings, Drafting of Agenda, Notices and Minutes of the Board and Annual / Extraordinary General Meeting.

2. Well versed with all the provisions of the Companies Act and allied legislations.
- Liaison with Various Statutory Authorities i.e. ROC, Stock Exchanges, Reserve Bank of India, Authorised Dealers, R&T Agents, Depositories
- Filling of returns and related documents with the MCA, Stock exchanges, RBI, Depositories, etc and maintenance of statutory register Responsible for all corporate actions relating to issue of shares/NCDs, /transfer of shares, compliance relating to listing agreement and SEBI guidelines.
- Interaction with the Directors, Senior Management Team, Statutory Auditors and Internal Auditors.
- Prepare and maintain the minutes book and various other statutory register of companies

7. Advise the board and management committees on all statutory and constitutional

Specific Demands on the job:

- Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, Companies Rules and Secretarial Standards (SS)-1 and SS-2
- Knowledge of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015

**Qualifications**

Academic / Professional Qualifications: Associate Member of ICSI (ACS)

Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 10-12 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹50,700.83 per month
