**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Machine Learning practitioner to join our team as a freelance/part-time trainer. You will play a pivotal role in equipping our students with the knowledge and skills necessary to thrive in the exciting field of Machine Learning. Your expertise will empower learners to embark on successful careers driving innovation and impacting various industries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules covering fundamental Machine Learning concepts, algorithms, techniques, and tools.
- Foster a dynamic and engaging learning environment through interactive teaching methods.
- Integrate real-world case studies and hands-on projects to provide students with practical experience.
- Offer individualized feedback and guidance to nurture student growth and skill development.
- Stay abreast of the latest Machine Learning trends, advancements, and best practices, incorporating them into the curriculum.
- Collaborate effectively with the program director and fellow trainers to ensure the program’s success.
- Maintain flexible availability to accommodate the program schedule and potential additional sessions.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working in Machine Learning roles within industry or research settings.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering Machine Learning training programs or workshops.
- Strong proficiency in various Machine Learning algorithms, techniques, and tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Possess relevant industry certifications (e.g., Google ML Engineer, AWS Machine Learning Specialty).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage learners.
- Passion for education and a commitment to empowering students to achieve their career goals.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.

**Compensation**:
