We are looking for a passionate and skilled **English Trainer** who is proficient in **Indian Sign Language (ISL)** and experienced in working with **Persons with Disabilities (PwDs)** and underserved communities. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive and inclusive English language sessions, ensuring accessibility and effective learning for all learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct English language training sessions for diverse groups.
- Use ISL effectively to communicate and teach learners with hearing impairments.
- Design and adapt teaching materials to meet the needs of PwDs and underserved learners.
- Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating learning environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English and Indian Sign Language (ISL).
- Prior experience in training/teaching, especially with PwDs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy, patience, and ability to adapt teaching methods as per learners’ needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
