**About the role**:
Growth Operations Associates work closely with Growth Analysts & Growth Managers and execute growth campaigns across Paytm properties.

**Expectations**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the data and user persona
- Track and report campaign performance
- Coordinate with creative team for campaign creatives
- Be a brand ambassador for Paytm - Stay Hungry, Stay Humble, Stay Relevant

**Superpowers that will help you succeed in this role**
- Graduate in Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics
- Prior experience in a Data Analyst or Growth Ops role in a consumer-tech company
- Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets
- Knowledge of SQL
