**Job Title**: Accounts Executive (2-3 Years Experience)

**Location**: Noida (Work from Office)
**Working Days**: Monday to Friday (5 days a week)
**Organization**: i2k2 Networks Pvt. Ltd.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements with internal records, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
- **Vendor Reconciliation**: Manage vendor accounts, verify and reconcile statements to ensure accuracy.
- **Returns Filing**: Prepare and file TDS, GST, and other relevant returns accurately and within deadlines.
- **Accounts Receivable**: Track and manage outstanding invoices, communicate with clients for payments, and maintain up-to-date records.
- **Accounts Payable**: Process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- **General Accounting**: Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, journal entries, ledger maintenance, and assist with month-end closing.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal accounting policies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
- **Proficiency in Accounting Software**: Expertise in Busy, Tally, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of **TDS** and **GST** returns.
- Experience in **Bank Reconciliation**, **Vendor Reconciliation**, **Accounts Payable**, and **Accounts Receivable**.
- Knowledge of **General Accounting** principles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Work Environment**:
This is a **Work from Office** position based in Noida. We offer a collaborative, growth-oriented environment with opportunities to expand your skills in accounting and finance.

**Mode of Interview**:
Face-to-Face (F2F) round.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
