The job Role and Responsibilities

1. Create Instagram and YouTube Content Strategy for our Exclusive Content Creators.
2. Create Content Calenders for our Exclusive Content Creators.
3. Identify on-going/up-coming Trends best suited to create Content on for our creators.
4. Educate our exclusive Content Creators about Instagram/YouTube algorithms.
5. Sharing best practices to upload Content, upload timings, hashtags to use, et cetera.
6. Conduct weekly Workshops with our exclusive Content Creators to follow-up on Content plan and track growth.
7. Suggest do's and don'ts to creators for better reach on social media.
8. Implement/Ensure methods to improve engagement rates of Content Creators' Profiles.
9. Handle Company's social media accounts end-to-end.
10. Managing company resources to drive better results.

Competencies and Skills Required Vou are a good fit if you have:

- Super strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Someone who lives & breathes Wrestling & Social Media. Both as a content consumer and as a domain expert

Preferred Qualifications
- No matter what, We welcome anyone possessing the right skills & intellect
- Minimum bachelor degree in any stream
