**Schedule**: Day Shift, Fixed Shift

**What You'll Do**:

- **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- **Communication Skills**: Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver information clearly and professionally.
- **Customer Education**: Guide customers on product features, usage, and troubleshooting, and promote self-service resources.
- **Multi-Channel Support**: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- **Customer Feedback**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing valuable insights to the company.

**What You'll Need**:

- **Education**: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role (preferred).
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- **Languages**: Proficiency in English and Hindi (preferred).
