**Role Description**

A Data Analytics and Reporting Developer is responsible for Analysing, designing, constructing, and enhancing an organization's data using Analytics and visualization software. The job requires advanced proficiency with Analytics and visualization software. The developer is expected to create interactive dashboards and reports. Other responsibilities include leading discussions with business partners to identify functional requirements, performing data modeling based on multiple data sources, and administering all aspects of a development and production environments including security and performance tuning

**Your key responsibilities**
- Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards. Develop and optimize complex queries and data models
- Optimize and enhance existing reports and processes
- Maintain data integrity and ongoing quality of delivered reports
- Assist in database design and data warehousing
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues

**Your skills and experience**
- Proven experience as a Reports Developer or similar role
- Expertise in SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of ETL frameworks
- Proficiency in report development tools (e.g., SSRS, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines

**Education | Certification (Recommended)**:

- Professional Education with specialization/certification/training in Data Analytics and Reporting

**Technical Competencies**:

- Excellent Working experience in Tableau, Looker or similar platforms
- Excellent knowledge with database queries
