**Location: Mumbai, India**

**Role Description**

The role would be of ensuring adherence of DB Service Standards w.r.t. to Regulatory Reporting, Processes, Customer Service, Internal / External Compliance Standards, Internal / External Audit and Corporate Security. Primary responsibility would be to maintain and publish various regulatory reports across IPB business units (Assets / Liabilities / Investments / Insurance / Wealth Management) as would be required in order to ensure that there are no adverse comments received by the bank on the risk-based supervision reviews carried out by the regulators. The FTE would also be expected to review and standardize all KOPs for IPB Operations unit across Assets / Liabilities / Investments / Insurance / Wealth Management.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensuring error free and timely report submission of various regulatory reports as will be required by the Regulators / Authorities.
- Documentation of all IPB processes and taking sign off from various stake holders (Assets / Liabilities / Investments / Insurance / Wealth Management)
- Design & Publication of trackers on TAT & Quality parameters
- Ensure proper UAT & Post development testing pertain to dbARRT / other systems and other regulatory reporting related projects undertaken by the bank from time to time.
- Assist Head of Controls in governing / monitoring the controls, reviewing processes, assessing, highlighting, fixing gaps if any. Publish regular controls related checklist, highlight observations if any.
- Other Operations related activities which may be assigned from time to time.

- Basics knowledge of Regulatory Reporting
- Should be aware of responsibilities of a Bank where Regulatory Reporting are concerned.
- Should have excellent working knowledge of Excel and presentation skills.
- Good communication & leadership skills.
