Customer Care Representative

**Responsibilities**:
- Problem-solving: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, using critical thinking skills and sound judgment. Investigate and analyze problems, and propose appropriate solutions to meet customer needs.
- Order Management: Process customer orders, including order entry, order tracking, and order fulfillment. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as industry trends and market competition. Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.
- Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with customers, colleagues. Provide regular updates on customer inquiries, orders, and issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
- Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions. Maintain records of customer contacts, transactions, and feedback for reference and analysis.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty. Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized assistance to enhance their experience.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on product knowledge, customer care policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing training and development programs. Continuously improve skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Good Verbal communication in English mandatory with decent accent.
- 12th Pass minimum required.
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary - Depending upon credibility.
