Accounts Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons in accounting to students, ensuring alignment with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students are encouraged to participate and excel.
- Teach students fundamental accounting concepts such as debits and credits, financial statements, budgeting, and taxation.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall accounting curriculum and student learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress and performance.
- Stay updated on current trends and developments in the field of accounting to enhance teaching materials and methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in accounting at the high school level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
- Dedication to continuous professional development and improvement.
