**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime**:

- Working knowledge of **Busy accounting software**:

- Strong in **Microsoft Excel** (formulas, data entry, basic charts, pivot tables)
- Good command over **MS Word** and **PowerPoint**:

- Ability to explain accounting concepts clearly
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and business transactions
- Good communication and presentation skills

**Educational Qualification**:

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or relevant accounting background

**Experience**:

- Minimum **6 months to 1 year** of teaching/training or accounting experience

**Additional Advantage**:

- Experience working in a coaching institute or training center
- Ability to manage small batches
