As an Account Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs in accounting principles and practices. You will provide hands-on training, and evaluate student performance to ensure a robust learning experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver curriculum for accounting courses.
- Provide practical training using accounting software and tools.
- Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and exams, offering constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in accounting.
- Foster a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Assist students with course-related queries and career advice

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CPA, CMA preferred).
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with prior teaching or training experience preferred.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
- Excellent teaching and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as, Tally, SAP, or equivalent.
- Ability to create engaging and effective training materials and assessments.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and encourage participation.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.

**Required Software**:

- Tally
- Microsoft Excel
- SAP or other ERP software
