Qualifications - Proficiency in Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting - Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions - Strong assessment and feedback skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience in the education sector or IT industry is a plus - Degree in B.Com , M.Com preferable - Certifications related to accounting or training are advantageous
