Salesman Merchandiser

**Job Title: Salesman cum Merchandiser**

**Location: Qatar**
**Industry: FMCG (Detergents, Perfumes, Hygiene products, and Cosmetics)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and business objectives set by the company.
- Foster teamwork and create a productive work environment.
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide constructive feedback.
- Handle pressure and challenges effectively while ensuring high performance.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Ensure product knowledge and training are regularly updated for the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG (detergents, perfumes, hygiene products, or cosmetics).
- Age: 25-35 years.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be result-driven and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Must have a Graduate degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferred driving license (Qatar, GCC, or International - India).

**Salary Package**:

- Basic Salary: QR 1000
- Food Allowance: QR 500
- Other Allowance: QR 1500
- Car Allowance: QR 1200 (After obtaining own car)

**Total Monthly Salary Package: QR 4200** (Salary is adjustable based on performance during the interview)

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
