**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including sizes, styles, and seasonal collections.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and styling advice.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment, including restocking merchandise and tidying display areas.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and identifying replenishment needs.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement promotional strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Take initiative to resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a kids clothing store.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers of all ages.
- Demonstrated passion for children's fashion and trends, with a keen eye for styling and merchandising.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Performance-based incentives
- 4 week-offs holidays
- No holiday on weekend

**Salary**: ₹6,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Fixed shift
