**Position Title**:Growth Associate/Evangelist**
**Location**: Mumbai

**About us**
Talégaon Farms is a conscious, community-driven social enterprise. In the spirit of shared prosperity, we work with farmers and artisans to co-create artisanal products for the world at large. Our mission is to provide all the tools, skills, knowledge necessary to help farming communities move away from the practice of selling raw materials to middle men to making goods in the factories owned by them. We want the farmers to co-own and run a major part of the supply chain. Talégaon Farms produces premium dairy products including ghee, honey and cold pressed oils with farmers across 5 different states in India.

**What will you do?**
- Optimising the customer journey by examining various stages of the customer journey and identifying gaps in customer-facing processes, including suggesting leadership team how to provide solutions for customers' objectives and use cases using a clearly defined approach to deliver values for the customers.
- Formulate upselling and cross-selling strategies by working closely with the leadership team to identify prospects for business expansion to the existing customers
- On-board new clients by educating key customers on products in the best way and derive the best possible output using it
- Develop healthy client relationships by creating engagement strategies with clients to develop a professional relationship by providing product and operational services. Collaborate for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Design internal systems and reports to keep tabs on customer happiness scores and the performance of brand/products which could help identify and implement necessary process improvements
- Lead social media marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and track performance for cost-effective solutions

**What are we looking for?**
- 2+ years of customer success, post-sales, business development, consulting or a professional from social/development sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to flex style depending on the audience
- Very detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and solution-oriented
- Experience in on boarding, set up, resolution and operations, and customer experience. Experience in social media marketing campaigns is a plus
- Able to use data to make decisions, simplify complex problems and express themselves thoughtfully
- Strong track record of identifying customer needs and successfully executing on retention and adoption strategies
- Ability to challenge team members and be challenged, provide and receive feedback to achieve goals
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly-changing market. Comfortable working in ambiguity
- Compassion for people and passion to create remarkable innovations
- An entrepreneur by heart. Willing to fail, learn and showcase high integrity towards our work

**Travel**:
This position is expected to travel 15-20% of the time within Mumbai for new product launches, customer feedback, gain insights and start distributions and in adjacent localities, housing complexes

**Compensation**:
Starting compensation is ₹4-6 LPA or commensurate with experience and expected value to the company
