What You'll Do
- Growth Experiments: Ideate, run, and optimize growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Customer Acquisition: Hustle your way into conversations with prospects through cold outreach, partnerships, content distribution, and creative campaigns.
- Data-Driven Hustling: Track metrics, analyze performance, and pivot quickly to double down on what works.
- Content & Marketing Support: Create scrappy content (emails, LinkedIn posts, one-pagers, case studies) that helps us win attention and trust.
- Community Building: Engage with relevant online communities, forums, and social channels to get our name out there.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders, product, and marketing teams to turn growth insights into product enhancements and campaigns.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a growth function
- Solid understanding of digital marketing basics (funnels, conversion, paid/organic growth levers).
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with spreadsheets, dashboards, and making sense of data.
- Willingness to hustle—cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, knocking on digital doors.
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B marketing, or AI tools.
