Required Manufacturing Supervisor from Aerospace Manufacturing (Jigs, Fixture & Press tool,) environment with increasing levels of responsibilities including supervision and Powermill software experience.Role & responsibilities
- Ensure that assigned employees are properly trained / cross-trained and are performing in accordance with expected productivity measures.
- Deliver quality products to meet customer demand, contractual requirements and business objectives.
- Effectively utilize and execute continuous improvement activities to reduce cost, improve competiveness relative to hours-per-unit, cycle times and required quality in a visual factory.
- Directs the day-to-day priorities of Production personnel and is a point of contact for inter-department support such as Quality and Manufacturing Engineering.
- Conducts performance evaluations annually and as needed for all direct reports.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Three (3) to five (5) years experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment with increasing levels of responsibilities including supervision and management experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
