**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage all fabrication activities on the shop floor.
- Review and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
- Allocate manpower and prioritize daily workloads to meet production targets.
- Operate and monitor CNC plasma cutting machines, press brakes, and welding equipment.
- Ensure fabrication quality and dimensional accuracy through stage inspections.
- Oversee MIG, TIG, and Arc welding processes for MS, SS, and structural components.
- Enforce safety standards and 5S practices across the department.
- Coordinate with design, planning, and quality control teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Schedule preventive maintenance of machines and tools used in fabrication.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**
- On-time completion of fabrication tasks
- First Pass Yield (FPY) without rework
- Machine utilization efficiency
- Worker productivity per shift
- Low rework and rejection rates
- Zero safety violations/incidents
- Shop floor 5S audit compliance
- Minimum unscheduled equipment downtime

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering
- 5-7 years of fabrication experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Hands-on experience with CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic press brakes, and industrial welding
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and welding symbols
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
