**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the HOD with daily schedules, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and departmental documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and departments as required.
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information accurately.
- Help in planning departmental activities and tracking progress.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on assigned tasks.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Educational Qualification**:Graduate in any stream. (Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years preferred (Fresher’s with good communication and computer skills can also apply).
- **Skills**:
- Good communication skills. (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional attitude and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in administration is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
