**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prospect potential clients in the interior design industry, focusing on project business and developing new revenue streams.
- Visit clients on-site to assess their design needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Present and demonstrate interior design products, preparing and delivering sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors.
- Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities related to project business in the area.
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to position and market offerings effectively.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, monitoring performance, and coaching team members to achieve sales goals.
- Manage key accounts and initiate relationships with potential project clients.
- Analyze project market potential, prepare strategies, and manage customer inquiries to convert them into sales.
- Ensure accurate data management and reporting on project customers' inquiries to inform sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, products, and trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
