9. Worked as Group Coordinator responsibilities including handling of groups and acting link between sales and front office.
10.Responsible for Airport leads and the co-ordination with airlines managers for layovers and crew movement.

15.Selling & up selling of rooms, negotiating rates with the bookers and guests.
16.Checking all the arrivals for the day and blocking rooms considering guest requests and preference.
17.Check-In the guest, filling the Registration card. 18.Escorting guest to the room & educating about the restaurants and other hotel facilities.
19.Baggage handling at the time of check-in and check-out, handling left luggage, lost baggage. 20.Handling Concierge.
21.Responsible for Staff Motivation.
22.In charge for Cost controlling in the department.
23.In charge for the departmental Welfare.
24.Updating and maintaining guest and company profiles.
25.Allotting rooms according to reservations.
26.Ensuring smooth Check in and Coordinating with House keeping for ready rooms on guest arrival. 27.To ensure implementation of existing operational standards.
28.Maintaining the In process measures.
29.Ensuring error free billing (including checking bills for discounts, billing instructions, etc.), 30.Handling the concierge when the staffs are occupied with other guest activities.
31.Handling and organizing the stores and indent of items.
32.Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction. 33.Handling guest complaints and feedback, also ensuring the respective as informed about the same.
34.To continuously seek ways to maximize revenues and profits including up selling other facilities and services.
35.Establish rapport with the guests maintaining effective customer relationships and handling.

- English, Hindi, French and Tamil.
