**Essential Job Functions for US IT recruiter**
- Need experienced IT Recruiters with US staffing experience of minimum 2 to 4 years, with excellent speaking and writing skills.
- Should have good experience in end to end IT recruitment.
- Should have experience in working with direct clients.
- Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently.
- Ability to interact, develop network and get the best resource for any given requirement.
- Building and maintaining database of contacts and resumes and other such info.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Work on strategic global hiring programs.
- Develop an action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.
- Procure people for different IT Requirements.
- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
- Ready to join immediately.
- Responsible for handling Requirements from US & Canada based Clients.
- Sourcing from Job Boards, Social/ Professional Media, Experience working on ATS is an advantage.
- Close screening and ensuring right RTR, Job Postings on related Job Boards.
- Well versed US Tax Terms - W2, C2C, 1099; Clear Understanding of Visas / Work Permits
- Responsible to work on Contract; Permanent; C2H Positions.
- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of Submission vs Interview vs Placement
- Must having knowledge about US Taxes and Terms.
- Strong communication and able to work in pressure.
